  • At this time, we do not offer federal financial aid (FAFSA) or government backed student loans. Our goal is to keep tuition significantly more accessible than traditional esthetics schools to reduce financial barriers until federal aid becomes available in the future

  • We accept:

    • Debit or credit card

    • ACH/bank transfer

    • Monthly auto-draft payments

    • Pay-in-full payments

    • Affirm or Afterpay (online check out options)

  • The first payment is due one month before the cohort start date after registration. The remaining payments draft automatically once per month for a total of six payments.

  • We use a grace-based approach:

    • Automatic notice if payment fails

    • 3-day grace period

    • If student is unable to pay after the end of the grace period, they will be asked to withdraw from the program

  • We understand life is unpredictable, and we understand that students may need to step away from the program due to emergencies, family responsibilities, health concerns, or other major life events.

A student may voluntarily withdraw from the program at any time by notifying the school in writing.

    Once withdrawn:

    • Tuition obligations remain based on the refund policy (see below)

    • The student loses their seat in the current cohort

    Rollover enrollment:

Students who need to withdraw unexpectedly or urgently may be eligible to “roll over” their enrollment into the next cohort as long as:

    • There is space available

    • Their account is in good financial standing

    • They return within the allowed timeframe

    Maximum withdrawal pause:

The maximum allowable pause from the program is 6 months which aligns with the timing of the next cohort

  • All tuition, learning materials, student kits, and registration fees are non-refundable.
